Refund policy

Please note that we have a strict 30-day return policy, in place where you will be able to  have 30-days period after receiving your product to let us know that you would like to request a return or exchange.

Returns are only accepted if your item is in the same condition when it was received, unworn and unused, with the original packaging intact. A Proof of Purchase will be requested and will need to be verified.

Once reviewed, you may be provided with a return label (costs are subject to apply) including instructions on how and where to send your package if required.

Defective or Incorrect Items
Upon receiving your product, please ensure to check for any damages or issues with the item as soon as possible. If you find that there are any issues, please do not hesitate to reach out to us at kim@sardonicmango.com or fill out our form on our Contact Us  page with any pictures.


Exceptions
Please note that we will not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

European Union 14 day Cooling Off Period
If you are located in the European Union and your order has been shipped there, please be advised that you can cancel or return your order within 14 days. This does not require a justification, however, please note that when the item is returned, it must be returned in the same condition is it was received, unworn and unused and still in the original packaging. A proof of purchase is also required in these cases.

 

Refunds
Once your items have been returned and inspected, we will be able to confirm if a refund can be processed. Once approved for refund, you can expect to be notified when the refund is processed within 7 business days. Please be advised that once processed, this can take some time for your bank account to post transaction from when the refund is initiated. However, if it's been more than 15 business days since the funds refunded and this is still not able to appear, please contact us at kim@sardonicmango.com, or fill out our contact form.
