Shipping policy
General FAQ:
- Shipping to Canada currently available. Please message regarding International Shipping.
- Please allow for around 2-5 Business Days for production of Items
- Tracking Number will be provided as soon as the orders finish production which will be sent to you via email. Please allow a few business days for tracking to be updated with the most recent information.
- Tracking numbers may be provided as soon as it Is generated, and thus may take a few more business days to be scanned by the carrier.
- Please note that we have a strict 30-Day Return Policy, which you can review on our Refund Policy here.

- If you have not received tracking information after 7 business days after placing your order, please reach out to kim@sardonicmango.com with your order#, or you can also reply back to the order confirmation you receive. Alternatively, you can also fill out our Contact Us page here.
- If you still have not received your order, or have had any issues with tracking within the expected turnaround times above. Please email us. or fill out the Contact form as linked above.
